Biography

Hailed as “the ideal collaborator for new music” by Brutal New Music Review, saxophonist and new music curator Drew Hosler (he/him) is an advocate for contemporary music. Having commissioned and premiered over 300 works, He is a member of the Cleveland Winds, Cleveland Repertory Orchestra, and Video Game Symphony. Drew serves as artistic director of The _____ Experiment, director of the Tenor Saxophone Index, and saxophone professor at the Cleveland Institute of Music Academy and Otterbein University. He is currently pursuing his DMA at the CIM, he holds a MM from the UMich, and BM from BGSU.
